How to make stress your friend / 3ºA MTTO 2016

Activity 5. "How to make stress your friend".
For Monday October 10th.

1. Watch the youtube video about stress, go to:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RcGyVTAoXEU

2. Make a short comment about it, make sure you are clear: Use the WH question "What do you think about this?to make your idea for the comment.

3. Use your dictionary if you need it, or google for translate short phrases. The comment goes at the end of the video, in the comments area. 

4. Don't forget to write your COMPLETE NAME AND GROUP at the end of the comment.

5. On your notebook, write that same comment too, and also, add a list of important words that you listened and remembered from Kelly McGonial's speach.

    the video is really good, because I consider myself a person who is stresses very easily.
    and with this video I understand how bad stress on our health.
    However, stress is also good, some people, because some people work best in this situation.

Well, i see only one time the video, but i don't need more to understand , the vídeos ay a lot o important thinks , for example , (and obvuisly ) the stress is bad , and no is healtly , but soñé times is good for be alert . My conclucion about the video is : have so much reason and is iteresting . Now we're stress out

I think that Kelly is right, in the video tells her as she thought the stress was bad but then realized that we can use to our advantage, we think that stress is a defense mechanism of our body to cope some challenge, the heart beat much is to improve the blood circulation and rapid breathing is to get more oxygen to the brain.   6. Stress is bad for health but we can make it not to bad if we change the way to see it, we need to see the stres as a tool that helps us to overcome the obstacles we have. Using this technique increases health.

  7. The video is very interesting and I am considerer a person who does not deal with the stress but for some people it is very difficult to live like this because it brings them health problems and social life as they tend to get angry or desesperarce for anything.

  9. Most of people see the stress like a bad thing but in this video kelly exposes a big true, that true is that stress is more healthy and helps us socialy so it isn't a big deal making stress a part of us because is better way to keep moving than having stress out

    I think that the stress is a consequence to an obstacle in our life. Think that stress is bad, it makes it even more worse we have to face up and tell ourselves that we will succeed of this problem.

The video make me change completely my form to see the stress, because the stress is also a measure of alert to prepare the body and the brain to the hard part and this also is healthy and healing, these things make me see the stress like something positive if we learn to use it and control it.

  15. I think the video is interesting, sometimes other people work best under pressure beig if you do them they can do a better Job, but personally for me its better to be quiet to work.

I think tha the video show us the things that can happen to us if we stress too much, we can show the video to other people that stresses too much so they can see the problems that can happen to those people if they stress a lot. However i think that stress is good at the same time because too much people can work better like that.

  22. First of all I agree with Kelly McGonigal on stress, which is good for the heart stressed and brain. I think stress is another way to suppress anger because it gives us want to stop doing what we stressed in our lives but at the same time is necessary to do so from time to time and not always.

  24. This is a good conference, now, although we know and as the psycologist says, everybody have a bad concept about stress, but this can change after that conference. YES!!! The stress is so bad but not when you know use it, if this feelings are handled well graet Things can achieve each person in your life, the goals would be larger and as a result a succession of achievements. For my part I'm entirely agree with this psycologist, it just depends on each person...

The video is very good, because I change my viewpoint on stress, but everyone in the world we are stressed by something in my case by tasks and personal things is something positive that allows us to provide a solution to our problems in life . as mentioned in the video in some cases stress is good for our health as it helps us to the solution of problems in the body.

  38. I liked the video, but discusses the tension of preparation. For me, stress is important because it creates past simple but unable to do things and to do that you can not get stressed. It was mentioned in the video that stress is good for health Sometimes, too, for me I think if you say to help us, because it helps the body porblemas solution.

    Personally I do not suffer from stress but this video taught me that we can help decrease the hormone that lines the heart and thus protects it.
